Once you have submitted your exchange request and it has been accepted, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process outlined below.
You must return the piece you would like to exchange in person in one of our boutiques, unchanged, undamaged, unworn in its original packaging without removing the tags as mentioned above. When in the boutique, an evaluation will be made and you will be able to exchange your order for other item(s) of equal or greater value. The difference in price will be paid in store. Rexha Gold boutiques do not offer return of money for any products purchased online (or in the stores).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
