You may exchange your Rexha Gold piece in any of our Rexha Gold Boutiques in Tirana, Albania for a jewelry piece(s) of equal or greater value within the same 14 calendar day period. The jewelry piece(s) should be returned in one of our stores within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase in our stores or the date of delivery if purchased online.
When exchanging your piece, please ensure that:
- The security tag has not been removed.
- Your piece is in perfect condition in its original packaging. Jewelry pieces with signs that they have been worn, damaged, or alternated (including but not limited to engravement, resize) cannot be exchanged.
- The piece must be absolutely unworn.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any item that does not meet the above exchange requirements as determined in our sole discretion. Note that you will not be given back money for the returned products or the initial order shipping charges.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation will be accepted only within 48 hours of placing confirmed order with no cancellation charges.
You may cancel a single item from a list of items in your order.
A customer has options to cancel either by emailing Us or simply visit the Website, type your order confirmation number and click on “Cancel my” order option.
For any reason not stated or stated, an order can be cancelled from Our end because of the following reasons:
- Error in pricing;
- Error in Product Info;
- Non-Availability of Product;
- If you are unreachable on registered mobile number for order confirmation within 48 hours.
Alternately in some cases we may seek some time to check out additional information for the purpose of accepting the order. Prior information will be appropriately sent to customer before cancelling the order either partially or fully.
EXCHANGE ONLINE
Your Rexha Gold piece purchased online may be eligible for an exchange when solid reasons for said exchange are presented. Please send us an exchange request at info@rexhagold.com detailing your reasons for the exchange.
Once you have submitted your exchange request and it has been accepted, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process outlined below.
You must return the piece you would like to exchange in person in one of our boutiques, unchanged, undamaged, unworn in its original packaging without removing the tags as mentioned above. When in the boutique, an evaluation will be made and you will be able to exchange your order for other item(s) of equal or greater value. The difference in price will be paid in store. Rexha Gold boutiques do not offer return of money for any products purchased online (or in the stores).
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
