1. Delivery areas
Rexha Gold Sh.p.k. delivers exclusively within Albania and Kosovo via DHL. For deliveries to any other country outside these two territories, please contact us in advance at sales@rexhagold.com. The Company will review the request and inform you of the possibility and conditions of delivery on a case-by-case basis. Orders from countries not previously approved will not be accepted.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping is FREE for all orders delivered to Albania and Kosovo, with no minimum order value.
3. Order processing
Once your payment has been authorised and confirmed, your order will be processed immediately. Processing time depends on product availability as set out in Section 4.
All orders are dispatched from our boutiques in Tirana, Albania.
4. Delivery timeframes
4.1 In-stock products
Products available in stock are dispatched within 3–7 (three to seven) working days from the date of payment confirmation, depending on the destination.
4.2 Out-of-stock products
Should a product displayed as available on the Website prove unavailable following order confirmation, the Company will notify the Customer immediately by phone or email with the estimated timeframe and final price. Should the new conditions not be acceptable, the Customer has the right to exchange the product for another item at the Rexha Gold physical boutique, retain the payment as store credit for 12 (twelve) months, or receive a full monetary refund of the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
4.3 Made-to-order products
Orders for out-of-stock products are handled exclusively via WhatsApp. From the moment payment is confirmed, the order goes into production and cannot be cancelled. The payment is considered a confirmation deposit and is non-refundable.
5. Orders with multiple products
Should an order contain more than one product, the Company may split shipments if some items are available while others are not. The Customer will be notified in advance by phone or email of the planned delivery arrangements.
6. Delivery confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your DHL tracking number;
- The estimated delivery date;
- A link to track your shipment in real time.
We invite you to regularly track your delivery on the DHL platform or contact us at sales@rexhagold.com.
7. Invoice
With every confirmed order, you will receive a tax invoice in PDF format at the email address used during the purchase.
8. Gift packaging
Rexha Gold Sh.p.k. offers gift packaging. If you would like this service, please specify your request during the order process or write to us at sales@rexhagold.com.
9. Damaged parcel or missing delivery
9.1 Damaged parcel
Should the parcel appear damaged at the time of delivery, you must:
- Refuse the parcel from the carrier;
- Notify us immediately at sales@rexhagold.com, attaching photographs of the parcel.
9.2 Missing delivery
Should DHL confirm delivery and you dispute this, please write to us at sales@rexhagold.com. The Company will open an investigation and notify you of the outcome within 5 (five) working days.
10. Incorrect address
The Company accepts no liability for delays resulting from an incorrect address. Should the parcel be returned to us, the cost of re-delivery is borne by the Customer.
