1. Product exchange

We understand that buying jewellery, especially online, can be an important decision. To give you the confidence you need, we offer the possibility to return your jewellery within 14 days of receiving it, should it not have met your expectations for any reason.

2. How it works

Rexha Gold does not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we offer something even better — the opportunity to personally choose, in our boutique, the piece that suits you best.

3. Your options

3.1 Exchange of equal value

Choose another piece of jewellery of the same value as the one you are returning. Simple and straightforward.

3.2 Exchange of higher value

Found something that captivates you a little more? Simply pay the price difference in our boutique.

3.3 Store credit

Prefer to take your time? The value of your purchase is kept as store credit for 12 months and can be used whenever you wish in our boutique.

4. Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, your jewellery must be returned:

  • Within 14 days from the date of receipt
  • In perfect condition, unworn and unaltered
  • With its complete original packaging — box, certificate, and accessories

Please note that certain products cannot be returned:

  • Jewellery with engravings or specific personalisation
  • Earrings removed from their original packaging, for hygiene reason

5. Procedure

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt at sales@rexhagold.com or +355 694 080 571
  • Our team will confirm and schedule an appointment at our boutique
  • Visit us in person with the product, original packaging, and order confirmation
  • Select your new piece of jewellery

Shipping costs for returning the product to the boutique are borne by the Client.
