2. How it works
2.1 For jewellery purchased from us
If your ring purchased through www.rexhagold.com does not fit, we will resize it at no additional cost within 14 days of receipt.
2.2 For jewellery purchased elsewhere
If you bring a piece of jewellery purchased elsewhere for resizing, the service is available at a set price, which will be communicated by our team following a technical assessment of the product.
3. Conditions
The possibility of resizing depends on the design and structure of the ring. The technical assessment is carried out exclusively by our specialists in boutique, whose decision is final. If the ring has been previously worked on by a third party, resizing cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to technical assessment.
4. Procedure
- Contact us before sending or bringing the jewellery at sales@rexhagold.com or +355 694 080 571
- Upon your visit to our boutique, our team will assess the feasibility of resizing and confirm the applicable conditions
- Shipping or transport costs to the boutique are borne by the Client
