1. Watch services and warranties

Rexha Gold offers a carefully curated selection of watches. We are pleased to support you after your purchase with professional services that help your watch perform and look its best for years to come.

2. Product replacement

If, for any reason, a product you purchased through www.rexhagold.com has not fully met your expectations, we offer the option to exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

The product may be exchanged for:

  • Another item of equal value — at no extra cost
  • An item of higher value — by paying only the price difference in the boutique
  • Store credit — the purchase value is held for 12 months and you may use it whenever you wish in our boutique

For an exchange to be possible, the product must be returned:

  • In perfect, unused condition
  • With its complete original packaging — box, authenticity card, accessories and spare links where applicable
  • Within 14 days of the date of receipt

Shipping costs to the boutique are borne by the Customer.

3. Bracelet adjustment

If you purchased a watch with a steel bracelet, our team can adjust the sizing to your wrist at no extra charge, within 14 days of receipt.

For the best result, we recommend visiting our boutique in person, where our specialists can adjust the bracelet in a few minutes.

Spare links removed during adjustment will be returned to you with the watch — keep them carefully, as you may need them if you wish to enlarge the bracelet in the future.

4. Watch warranty

4.1 Manufacturer’s warranty

Watches sold through www.rexhagold.com are accompanied by a warranty issued directly by the manufacturer or the respective brand. The terms and duration of that warranty are determined exclusively by each brand’s policy. Our team will be happy to guide you on the specific warranty details for your model.

4.2 What the warranty does not cover

  • Battery life
  • Normal wear from regular use — surface scratches, aesthetic changes
  • Damage from improper use, impacts or lack of care
  • Work carried out by third parties outside our workshop

5. Battery replacement

Has your watch started running intermittently or stopped altogether? It is quite likely time for a battery replacement.

We recommend you do not delay — a damaged battery can adversely affect the watch movement.

Battery replacement is performed exclusively by our specialists to ensure:

  • Preservation of water resistance
  • Inspection of the movement
  • Re-certification of water resistance after the intervention

This service is offered at a stated cost that will be communicated to you after assessment.

6. Watch repair

Our workshop provides professional repair services for your watches. Every intervention begins with a complimentary technical assessment by our specialists, after which you will receive a detailed quotation. Work begins only once you have approved it.

  • Crystal replacement
  • Crown replacement
  • Steel bracelet adjustment
  • Re-certification of water resistance

Rexha Gold reserves the right to refuse any intervention that our specialists consider technically unfeasible.

6.2 Technical risks you should know

Any opening of the watch case — whether for battery replacement or any other intervention — compromises water resistance. Water resistance is guaranteed only if a pressure test is performed and a written declaration is issued after the intervention.

7. Procedure

  • Contact us at sales@rexhagold.com or +355 694 080 571 to schedule an appointment
  • Visit the boutique with your watch and warranty documentation
  • Our specialists will carry out a technical assessment and provide a quotation
  • Once you approve the quotation, work begins
  • You will be notified as soon as your watch is ready — the item must be collected within 10 working days of that notification

8. Caring for your watch

A few simple tips to care for your watch:

  • Respect the water-resistance rating of your model
  • Keep it away from strong magnetic fields
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures
  • Bring it to the boutique regularly for professional checks and maintenance
  • Have the battery replaced only by our specialists to preserve water resistance
