1. WARRANTIES AND JEWELRY REPAIR

Every Rexha Gold creation reflects our care and craftsmanship. We are here to support you not only at the moment of purchase, but throughout the life of your jewelry.

2. REXHA GOLD WARRANTY

2.1 Warranty against manufacturing defects

Any technically verifiable manufacturing defect identified within 14 days of receipt is fully covered by us, provided it does not result from normal wear and use. Our team offers:

  • Repair of the product at no charge, within 30 days; OR
  • Product replacement in accordance with our policy terms

Defect assessment is carried out exclusively by our specialists; their decision is final.

2.2 Warranty against hidden defects

Rexha Gold stands behind every creation with integrity. If your jewelry is affected by a hidden manufacturing defect, we will examine it carefully. If the defect originates with us, we will take care of the repair and return of the jewelry at no cost to you.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered or repaired by third parties outside our atelier.

2.3 What our warranty does not cover

Jewelry is a luxury product that requires special care. The warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches and aesthetic changes from everyday contact
  • Gradual fading of plating or rhodium from time and wear
  • Mechanical damage from impacts, drops, or pressure
  • Chemical damage from contact with water, perfume, chemicals, or corrosive substances
  • Loss or cracking of stones due to external impacts
  • Work carried out by third parties after delivery

3. TRANSPARENCY AND SINCERITY

At Rexha Gold, transparency and sincerity are fundamental values. If your jewelry has been affected by an incident—a knock, an accidental scratch, or any other event—we encourage you to tell us what happened.

By fully understanding the situation, we can not only repair your jewelry but also advise you on the best way to avoid similar issues in the future. Our goal is always to find the best possible solution so you can continue to enjoy your jewelry in the best conditions.

4. JEWELRY REPAIR

Our atelier offers professional repair services for all types of jewelry—whether purchased from us or elsewhere. Even years after purchase, we are here to help.

4.1 Services we offer

  • Rhodium plating and surface refinishing
  • Light and full cleaning, oxidation removal
  • Shrinking, enlarging, and clasp adjustment
  • Soldering, welding, and remodelling for damage
  • Remounting, stone replacement, and stone inspection
  • Earring fitting / system replacement
  • Pearl restringing

Rexha Gold reserves the right to refuse any intervention that our specialists consider technically unfeasible or high-risk for the product.

4.2 Technical risks you should know about

Jewelry work involves technical processes such as heat, soldering, rhodium plating, and chemical solutions. These may cause minor aesthetic changes such as:

  • Fading or colour change
  • Loss of engravings or hallmarks during sizing adjustment
  • Stone release in micro-pavé settings
  • Nuance changes in rhodium plating that may not match existing elements exactly

Our specialists will inform you of any specific risks before work begins.

4.3 Products brought from elsewhere

If you bring jewelry purchased elsewhere, please provide us with as much information as possible about the product’s history, composition, and condition. The more information we have, the better we can serve you. Please note that for products with an unknown history, the Company does not guarantee the final aesthetic outcome.

5. REPAIR PROCEDURE

  • Contact us at sales@rexhagold.com or +355 694 080 571 to schedule an appointment
  • Visit the boutique with your jewelry
  • Our specialists will carry out a technical assessment and provide a detailed quotation
  • Once you approve the quotation, work begins
  • You will be notified as soon as the repair is ready—the piece must be collected within 10 business days of that notification

6. WARRANTY ON REPAIR WORK

Every repair carried out by our atelier is warranted for 3 months from the date of handover, exclusively for technically verifiable workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from use, or work by third parties.

7. CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

Some simple tips to help preserve the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Remove it before contact with water, detergents, or perfume
  • Remove it during physical activity or manual work
  • Store it in the original box when you are not wearing it
  • Clean it periodically with a soft, dry cloth
  • Bring it to the boutique regularly for professional inspection and maintenance
